Law firm SUN HENRY was established by SUN Henry on December 21st, 1991, date of his registration of the Paris Bar. He became the first lawyer of Chinese origin from PRC.

In 1992, he defended his PHD thesis about “The Contracts Law in China” by obtaining the "Honours with congratulations" of the Jury.

Between 1988 and 1993, he published several articles about Chinese law.

BLAISOT René

After having defended his PHD thesis by obtaining the "Honours with congratulations" of the Jury, concerning “The right to a fair trial in the sense of the article 6 of the European Convention for the Protection of Human Rights and fundamental Freedoms, in tax matter”, René BLAISOT was an assistant within the fiscal Chamber of the administrative Court of Paris.

During this mission, Mr BLAISOT assisted an examining magistrate in the instruction of a contentious of 95 cases, in which the tax authorities had contested, on the basis of the notion of fraud law, the profit by a group of companies of certain tax regimes (tax credit, regime parent company subsidiary, constitution of reserve for depreciation of the titles of companies, the report of the anterior deficits in case of merger, exemption from the sums taken from the special reserve of the long-term capital gains incorporated into the capital or the payment of dividends free of withholding tax).

He also wrote a note for the magistrates of the administrative Court of Paris’ information, concerning the possible application of the principle of personality offences and punishments in favour of an absorbent company, which had been punished tax penalties for wrongful acts committed by the absorbed company.
